Is North Carolina Pervert Free?

Have you noticed how many famous perverts and moral degenerates are proclaiming they won't go to North Carolina because male perverts are not allowed to pretend to identify as women, enter a bathroom with little girls and rape them?

Does this mean North Carolina is pervert free?
