If shooting them and getting them to commit suicide are off the table then psychiatric help is definitely on the menu.    I doubt we could commit them or California would commit the thousands of stinking bums who are spreading filth, feces, fire and violence up an down the state.

So if coercion is out, what's in?  

Well, why don't we get them laid?

Wait a minute I hear you saying, don't these lower life forms already have problems dealing with adult women?

Yes, yes they do.  

So why not have them date really short women who are over 30 years of age?  Such women would be relatively non-threatening and amongst mail order brides from certain countries you can find say women over 40 you look like they are in their twenties.  You can even find some foreign women on mail order bride sites who though over 50 look damned sexy for any age.  Such women, who grew up in a different culture with different expectations might well put up with the crap some maladjusted "perv"  could throw at them.  

In fact, I would be all for a 40 year old mail order bride who understood and accepted the situation marrying some dateless loser and playing mommy since that's all the woman he can handle anyway.

Might not be what you or I would want in a relationship but it's much better than having these guys go around and resent women or go out and try to do something inappropriate with someone inappropriate.
